Exploring transformation, identity, and human connection

I’m a screenwriter, author, & podcast host, passionate about the stories that shape who we are and how we connect with each other.
Before stepping fully into creative work, I spent nearly two decades in engineering, environmental consulting, leadership development, and business strategy. That background taught me how to understand systems, structure, communication, and human behavior — skills that now deeply inform the way I approach storytelling.
I have come to realize one of my greatest strengths wasn't giving answers. It was helping people see connections they couldn't see for themselves. Again and again, I found myself helping people uncover the deeper narrative hidden beneath their experiences, challenges, and accomplishments. That ability to recognize patterns, themes, and possibilities eventually became the foundation of VoiceBloom.
I believe storytelling is one of the most powerful ways we make meaning of our lives. Some people know they have a story to tell but struggle to see its shape on their own. Part of my work is helping uncover the deeper narrative already waiting beneath the surface.
Today, my work spans original screenplays, nonfiction writing, podcasting, and collaborative manuscript development for entrepreneurs, creatives, and thought leaders who want to share meaningful ideas and experiences with the world.

VoiceBloom was created as a space where storytelling, creativity, strategy, and human connection intersect.
Some people come here because they’re developing a screenplay.
Others are exploring a book, a memoir, a keynote, a podcast concept, or a meaningful life transition they’re trying to put into words.
At its core, VoiceBloom exists to help ideas, experiences, and identities evolve into stories that resonate.
Because stories don’t just entertain us.
They help us understand ourselves — and each other.

Outside of writing, I’m endlessly inspired by travel, mythology, meaningful conversations, and the small moments that remind us how connected we really are.
I live outside Houston with my husband and two children on our farm.

Cary Elwes, actor and author of As You Wish. We bonded over the life lessons hidden inside his book.

Fred Fishback's advice was simple: "Then go write it." That conversation helped turn an idea into a screenplay.

Donna Lawrence — entertainment industry trailblazer, devoted mother, and one of the original "momagers."

Jimmy Johnson taught me that great leaders don't just build winning teams—they help people become the best version of themselves.

Stedman Graham shared a lesson I've never forgotten: "You can't solve a problem with the same mindset that created it."

I'd never played golf before, but six weeks later I found myself on the course with Hugh Hilton. Sometimes growth begins by saying yes before you're ready.

Cole Hauser of Yellowstone. Despite his fame, our conversation was about something wonderfully ordinary: cowboy culture, Texas traditions, and the proper way to set down a cowboy hat.

Charles Austin, Olympic gold medalist and former world-record holder in the high jump, whose story is a masterclass in resilience and possibility.

April Diamond, Billboard-charting artist, and my co-author on Life Snacks. Some creative partnerships begin with a project and become lifelong friendships.

Sharing stories, insights, and lessons learned with more than 1,000 entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Marie Diamond, world-renowned Feng Shui expert and teacher. Our conversation explored the connection between environment, energy, and personal transformation.

Kiefer Sutherland reminded me that we're never limited to a single identity. Actor, musician, singer, bull rider—our stories are ours to write.

Interviewed during Women's History Month for HERstory Unfolding, a series highlighting women creating meaningful impact through their work and leadership.

Holding my first book for the first time. Every author remembers the moment an idea becomes something real.
